Join Tonya at the greenhouse for a night of sound bath with a reflective journaling session and guided slow stretch themed around the New Moon.

A Moonlit Soundbath Ceremony in the greenhouse~one on the new moon with the theme of intentions & one on the full moon with the theme of release🎑 We’ll start out with a prompted journaling session, then a gentle guided slow stretch to release common points of tension before moving into a singing bowl soundbath~After the soundbath we’ll have time to gather and relax in community circle to have tea and (option to) share our intentions/releases and any related affirmations or thoughts⛲️🕊️~all journaling materials included with option to roll into a scroll for altar settings or add hand poured wax seals~coffee/tea provided & extra props available for use~just bring a yoga mat/blanket/pillow/cushion for comfort✨
