Join Tonya at the greenhouse for a night of sound bath with a reflective journaling session and guided slow stretch themed around the Full Moon. After the sound bath we’ll have time to gather in community circle for tea/coffee and an option to share intentions/releases and any related affirmations or thoughts. All journaling materials included with an option to make a scroll for altar settings or add a hand poured wax seal. Cost is $20.
